Delivery and Returns Policy – Grenfell Visitor Information Centre

All items purchased will be shipped with Australia Post with applicable charges being applied within the cart process of the sale.

The Grenfell VIC is pleased to offer international postage. All orders will be charged in Australian dollars ($AUD) and will include 10% Goods and Services Tax.

Any import taxes (if applicable) will be the full responsibility of the consumer.


If an item has been damaged or is faulty please contact the Grenfell VIC on info@grenfell.org.au or (02) 6343 2059 as soon as you receive the item and a replacement will be shipped the next day, if stock permits.

All returning products must be in original purchasing condition.

All items will be returned at the customers expenses unless the product has been deemed faulty or damaged.

Purchased items will not be refunded for a change of heart, if the product didn’t meet your expectations we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days. Shipping costs will apply.

Returns will be accepted 14 days from date of delivery.

Click & Collect:

Click and Collect is available for all orders.

Orders made during a weekday will be available the following business day. Orders made on a weekend may not be available for collection until Monday.
