The Merlot balsamic vinegar is a strong, dark, richly flavoured vinegar. It can be used in salad dressings, marinades, and sauces. It’s flavour is enhanced when reduced to a glaze and drizzled over strawberries, stirred into a risotto, tossed with brussels sprouts or caramelised in the oven with red onions.
