The Canola Classic

Take in the stunning canola countryside and enjoy a great day out at the second annual Canola Classic, proudly presented by Bulla Creek Brewing Co. and the Young Cycle Group.

Whether you’re an experienced cyclist or simply looking for a leisurely ride, there’s a course to suit every ability. Riders can choose from three scenic routes through the Monteagle district:

• 75km Tarmac Tour – A predominantly sealed road loop with approximately 10km of gravel. Departs at 9:30am, with both slow and fast riding groups available.
• 50km Gravel Glide – A mostly gravel route departing at 9:45am.
• 30km Gravel Loop – A shorter gravel course departing at 10:00am.

All rides begin and finish at Bulla Creek Brewing Co., located at 820 Jerrybang Lane, Monteagle.

After your ride, relax at the brewery with live music, delicious Vietnamese food available for lunch, and an ice-cold craft beer. Best of all, your first drink is included.

Whether you’re riding or simply coming along to enjoy the atmosphere, the Canola Classic promises a fantastic day in the Weddin Mountains Region.
