Celebrate The Weddin Mountains Region

The region’s premier event – the Henry Lawson Festival of Arts (June long weekend) in Grenfell celebrates the creative arts and has spawned a vibrant new creative community within the town. The festival brings together past and present residents and a multitude of visitors. Other signature events include the Caragabal Sheep Races and the Caragabal Camp Oven Cook Off. Residents and visitors also include a range of other events throughout the year including poetry by firelight, Shindigs, country shows, the Grenfell Picnic Races, quiz nights, movies, workshops, Grenfell Car Club Car Show, art exhibitions, and cycling events like the Goodnessgravel Greenethorpe event.
