Event Forms

By participating in the event, you acknowledge that it may be recorded or photographed. You consent to Weddin Shire Council and authorised third parties taking photographs and audio/visual recordings of you during the event. You agree that Weddin Shire Council may use these photos or recordings, whether in their original or edited form, for broadcasting, communication to the public, and future promotional and marketing purposes without additional notice or compensation.

If you are invited to submit pre-recorded content for the event, you grant Weddin Shire Council an irrevocable, free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, and communicate that content to the public. This includes using the content in its original or edited form, in connection with the Event, on social media, and for any promotional and marketing purposes without further notice or compensation.

By providing your consent, you release Weddin Shire Council, its staff, and agents from any loss, damage, expense, or claims that may arise from the use of the photographs, recordings, or content by Weddin Shire Council or authorised third parties.
