Grenfell Multi-purpose Health Service

Grenfell Health Service is made up of a Multipurpose Service with an emergency department, inpatient and residential aged care beds, as well as community health services.

Our services

• 24-hour emergency care
• Inpatient beds including general medicine, rehabilitation and palliative care 
• Residential aged care services 
• Medical imaging services (x-ray)
• Pathology services
• Community health services include community nursing, child and family health services, a social worker, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietetics, wound management, ambulatory care, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs. Falls prevention and physical stability group programs which use the gymnasium area are also run by the community health team.
• Visiting LHD services include a women’s health nurse, hearing nurse, drug and alcohol services, mental health community outreach and children’s dental services.
